Admittedly, this Y’s facilities are dated and a bit run down as we await an upcoming refurbishment. The reason my wife and I keep coming back is Travis. He leads an excellent HIIT class 4x/week, offers affordable personal training, and brings a positive, personalized energy to the whole gym. Strongly recommend stopping by - I’ve surprisingly made a lot of friends at this Y over the past few years. Great spot for 20-, 30-, and 40-somethings.

My kiddo goes to the YMCA, rite. The after-school program's wicked cool, and the staff's got a good vibe, like siblings or somethin'! 😂 The place is wicked old, gets dusty 'n' all, but fer real, the routine's eva da same, wish they'd mix it up, ya know?

I would NOT entrust this company whatsoever especially with children. One of their school bus drivers hit my car!! I had a passenger and the driver told everyone he was not looking! My car is badly damaged and I’m waiting to see if it can even be repaired. Do not take your children here. The drivers are grossly incompetent and reckless. The owners was too scared to say anything, even apologize. I understand the existing bad reviews but BEWARE OF the gross negligence even of the ymca bus drivers. Terrible and wouldn’t recommend even driving past it bc that’s how my car got hit.

Love the adult swim class. The swim director and the rest of the instructors are very encouraging, knowledgeable, and let you learn at your own pace. There'a frequent rotation in who leads the class every week, and that means you get exposure to different approaches and are always learning something new. The best part of my week!

Old and small, like a 1940s gym. At first you might think just the building and facilities are old, but I was surprised to see an elderly man watching a Laurel and Hardy film in one of the small upstairs offices. This may also strain credulity, but believe it or not -- there is a man in an iron lung living in the basement. Wow! I really liked the quirkiness of the owner of this particular YMCA (a very nice guy), a brolic mustachioed man who typically wears pinstripe unitards.
